Passport – Original passport with at least 6 months’ validity + photocopy of data page; include all old/canceled passports issued since 2016.
Visa Application Form & Photos – Completed application form + two recent passport-size photos (white background).
Legal Stay Proof (if applicable) – If applying outside your home country, provide residence/visa proof of that country.
Previous Chinese Visas – Copies of past Chinese visas or passports (if applicable).
Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) – Attested by MOFA for first-time applicants or those who haven’t traveled to China in the past 5 years.
Invitation Letter (TE/Verification Letter) – Issued by a registered company or entity in China.
Company Letter (Cover Letter) – Issued by your employer or own business in Pakistan.
Tax Documents – Tax returns of the last 3 years + company registration.
Bank Statements – Personal & company accounts for the last 6 months + Account Maintenance Certificate.
Travel Documents – Round-trip air ticket reservation and hotel booking (for first-time travelers).
Invitation Company Documents – Chinese company ID and contact details of inviter (passport if foreign national).
Financial Sponsor Documents – Letter of support + bank statements, income proof, and salary slips of sponsor.
Biometric data (10 fingerprints) required since 15 May 2019 (exceptions for under 14, above 70, diplomatic visas, or applicants with fingerprints submitted in past 5 years).
First-time travelers within 5 years must attend an in-person interview.
MOFA attested documents must include a valid QR code for verification.
Consular officer holds full discretion for visa approval, validity, and stay duration.
